Rivernook Archery Club beginners for anyone between the ages of 8 and 80 who are relatively fit and active. The courses consist of six hours coaching, held on weekdays during the summer, weather permitting!
The course is £40.00 (non _refundable) this fee covers:-
- Coaching by the Clubs GNAS qualified coaches
- Use of Club Equipment
- Insurance covered by GNAS
The beginners course is an introduction to the sport of Archery. The course covers:-
- Range Control
- Shooting Technique
- Main Elements of Archery
- Basic Archery Rules
Rivernook Archery Clubs aim is to get beginners onto the shooting line by the end of the course, shooting safely alongside more experienced club members.
On successful completion of the course, beginners are awarded a signed certificate of achievement.
