Rivernook Archery Club was founded in 1996 by Mick Twigg who
has been involved in Archery for more than twenty five years.
Rivernook has an enthusiastic committee, which with a growing membership takes archery into the wider community by providing have-a-go events, and promotes archery at all levels.
Rivernook is proud of its friendly environment providing novice archers
and juniors the opportunity to shoot alongside more experienced archers.
The club has its own outdoor range and is setup for both imperial and metric distances. Targets are set up all year round allowing members to shoot at their leisure, for fun, or practice for national tournaments.
Rivernook runs beginners courses through the summer months, with one to one coaching. During the summer the club shoots on Fridays and Sundays, with County and International archers shooting side by side.
